Snapshot Workshop - Available in March

This Snapshot Workshop includes three pre-cut layouts that you could use for just about any photos.  I just love the Snapshot Complements and had to use them to create some layouts. The result is this workshop using the Snapshot Complements, Memo Fundamentals, Silver Sequins pack and a variety of cardstock colors.

"Love the Basics" Workshop!

I'm offering this workshop for you to create 5 two-page layouts using the BASICS Paper Fundamentals, the Silver & Gold Picture My Life Overlays and several sheets of black and white cardstock. When you add your photos, you can add embellishments that coordinate to complete the look. These layouts would be great for just about any photos. You can even slide photos under the clear overlays.

Childhood Fundamentals Workshop Kit

Here it is. . . a faster, simpler, easier kit for your summer scrapbooking! Football Mini-Album

I thoroughly enjoyed taking action photos of Spencer and his teammates playing football during the last few weeks.  They all learned so much, did really well and were a lot of fun to watch this season.  I wanted to create a mini album as a "thank you" to the coach.  I tried something new this time and thought I would share the idea.  I took a package of 6x6 Kraft Die-Cut Cards & Envelopes (Z1474), opened the flaps of the cards and adhered several cards together using tombow.  Once they are glued together, you can fold the album "accordion style."  I wanted to include a photo of each team member, so I added as many pages as I needed.  I placed a team group photo on the front cover.  I stamped a big THANK YOU on the inside cover and left it blank for team signatures.  I stamped each team member's name under their photo.  If you create a small album with these cards, it will fit in the kraft envelope included.  However, my album got a little too big to fit in the envelope.  I used a plastic 6x6 stamp organizer (Z335) for an envelope -- it was a perfect fit!

Stamped Candles

I really enjoyed visiting with friends at my CAbi party last week, so I wanted to create a "thank you" for everyone.  I created these stamped candles with glittery fall leaves.

To Create Your Own Stamped Candles, here are the steps:
1.  Start with a white candle.
2.  Stamp images on white (wrapping) tissue paper.  Cut around each image, leaving 1/4" border around the images.
3.  Use the CTMH Bonding Memories glue pen to place dots of glue around the 1/4" border of each image and place flat on the candle.  You may overlap the images.  I brushed some CTMH Almond colored Glitz Glitter Gel over the leaves for some sparkle.
4.  Melt a protective layer of wax over the top of the images with wax paper.  Cut wax paper the height of the candle.  Hold the wax paper tightly over the candle and heat with your CTMH heat tool.  You will see the tissue paper disappear as the wax melts.  Keep the heat tool moving and melt the wax over all the images.
